The European Commission adopts a favourable opinion on Croatia's accession to the EU

Die Kommission kann nur nach befürwortender Stellungnahme einer qualifizierten Mehrheit der im Ausschuss vertretenen Mitgliedstaaten Durchführungsmaßnahmen annehmen.
Andernfalls wird der Maßnahmenvorschlag an den Rat überwiesen, der mit qualifizierter Mehrheit entscheidet.

The Commission may adopt the implementing measures only if they obtain a favourable opinion from the committee, given by a qualified majority of the Member States.
