Duties of the Parliamentary Groups
Parliamentary groups are alliances of at least four members of the Landtag who belong to the same party, political union or joint list of proposed candidates (§ 1 para. 1 Parliamentary Party Act [Fraktionsgesetz]).
As autonomous and independent structures with their own rights and duties, they participate in the work of the Landtag and support the development of informed parliamentary opinion (Article 67 Land Constitution).

Fraktionen sind Vereinigungen von mindestens vier Mitgliedern des Landtages, die derselben Partei, politischen Vereinigung oder Listenvereinigung angehören (§ 1 Absatz 1 Fraktionsgesetz).

Insofar as a contracting party fulfills the requirements of § 38, para. 2 of the German Code of Civil Procedure and does not have a general venue within the country, the courts at the location of the hotel ’ s registered office shall have jurisdiction.

Sofern ein Vertragspartner die Voraussetzung des § 38 Absatz 2 ZPO erfüllt und keinen allgemeinen Gerichtsstand im Inland hat, gilt als Gerichtsstand der gesellschaftsrechtliche Sitz des Hotels.
